Our Hiring Process
EPIC is a 100% remote company and we believe this is our strength that allows us to hire the best talent from anywhere in the world.
- We believe in hiring transparency. Here is exactly what to expect when applying for a job with us:
- 1. Submit your digital CV and if applicable, relevant examples of work
- 2. We believe every CV submission deserves a reply and we commit to replying to you within five working days
- 3. EPIC reviews your CV and identifies a potential match for specific roles
- 4. You are invited to submit a maximum 3-minute video on yourself and why you’re EPIC
- 5. You will be invited to do two interviews with senior leaders in EPIC
- 6. Pre-employment online questionnaire (10 minutes)
- 7. Offer and acceptance
