Event and Athlete Experience

Job Description

  • Develop all athlete communications from registration to post-event feedback.
  • Manage hospitality and logistics for athlete arrivals, accommodations, practice sessions, and special events.
  • Handle athlete queries, solve issues, and provide support before, during, and after the tournament.
  • Design and deliver onboarding packages, briefings, and digital resources for participants.
  • Gather and analyze participant feedback to improve future athlete experience.
  • Work with operations, competition, and marketing teams to ensure seamless journeys.

 

General Description: Ensures world-class journeys and service for every EPIC participant, from registration to finals.

 

Within 30 Days

  • Learn all athlete touchpoints and communication channels.
  • Meet event, logistics, and competition leads to map workflows.
  • Review feedback from previous events.

 

Within 60 Days

  • Take the lead on participant onboarding for at least one qualifier.
  • Resolve participant queries and improve onboarding materials.
  • Launch athlete feedback collection.

 

Within 90 Days

  • Oversee participant experience for a major event or finals.
  • Propose and implement two improvements based on feedback.
  • Publish a post-event participant experience report.
