Job Description

General Role:

  • Design visual assets: event branding, signage, web graphics, merchandise, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity and uphold EPIC brand standards.
  • Collaborate on multi-platform campaigns (social, web, print, on-site).
  • Prepare designs for sponsors, partners, and content teams.
  • Support quick turnarounds for event updates, announcements, and real-time graphics.
  • Archive and manage digital design assets.

General Description: Crafts all visual assets, from event branding to digital campaigns, communicating EPICโ€™s identity everywhere.

 

Within 30 Days

  • Get briefed on EPICโ€™s brand standards and asset libraries.
  • Support rapid-turn design needs for current campaigns.
  • Build relationships with marketing, social, and event teams.

 

Within 60 Days

  • Lead design for at least one campaign or event.
  • Streamline and organize templates for digital and print.
  • Support sponsor integration and event signage.

 

Within 90 Days

  • Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and outputs.
  • Mentor or share best practices with junior creatives or freelancers.
  • Deliver a refreshed event collateral package.
