Job Description
- Define EPICโs global marketing vision and annual plan.
- Oversee all-brand messaging, creative production, and campaign launches.
- Set budget allocations and campaign ROI metrics.
- Develop strategic partnerships with media, influencers, and sponsors.
- Lead the execution of integrated sponsorship activation and fan engagement programs.
- Guide the marketing teamโs workflow and professional development.
- Manage branding for both event and digital channels.
General Description: Guides global brand strategy, creative, and integrated campaigns that drive EPICโs growth and engagement.
Within 30 Days
- Audit all current marketing campaigns and brand assets.
- Meet with leading partners, sponsors, and internal teams.
- Evaluate team skills and workflow.
Within 60 Days
- Set new annual marketing plan and KPIs.
- Launch or refine core digital and influencer campaigns.
- Forge at least one high-level partnership.
Within 90 Days
- Roll out integrated sponsor activations across channels.
- Deliver key results on participant signups and engagement.
- Mentor team and launch continuous training.
