Job Description

  • Define EPICโ€™s global marketing vision and annual plan.
  • Oversee all-brand messaging, creative production, and campaign launches.
  • Set budget allocations and campaign ROI metrics.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with media, influencers, and sponsors.
  • Lead the execution of integrated sponsorship activation and fan engagement programs.
  • Guide the marketing teamโ€™s workflow and professional development.
  • Manage branding for both event and digital channels.

 

General Description: Guides global brand strategy, creative, and integrated campaigns that drive EPICโ€™s growth and engagement.

 

Within 30 Days

  • Audit all current marketing campaigns and brand assets.
  • Meet with leading partners, sponsors, and internal teams.
  • Evaluate team skills and workflow.

 

Within 60 Days

  • Set new annual marketing plan and KPIs.
  • Launch or refine core digital and influencer campaigns.
  • Forge at least one high-level partnership.

 

Within 90 Days

  • Roll out integrated sponsor activations across channels.
  • Deliver key results on participant signups and engagement.
  • Mentor team and launch continuous training.
