  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Oversee agency and freelance relationships for campaigns.
  • Draft and review marketing copy, digital ads, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns based on analytics.
  • Work with relevant teams to drive participant signups and build mailing lists.

  • Learn EPICโ€™s marketing stack, content calendars, and creative guidelines.
  • Align with sales, creative, and PR on immediate priorities.
  • Review ongoing paid/new campaigns.

  • Manage campaign launches for an event cycle.
  • Coordinate on content, ads, and reporting with agency partners.
  • Optimize campaigns based on real-time analytics.

 

Within 90 Days

  • Take charge of participant-focused recruitment campaigns.
  • Consolidate content marketing to improve engagement.
  • Deliver post-campaign analytics and improvement plans.
