Job Description

  • Set annual sales targets, design incentive structures, and create the overall sales plan.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team; monitor progress and support professional development.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and highvalue contracts with global brands, federations, and host locations.
  • Oversee implementation of CRM systems and processes.
  • Represent EPIC in major industry forums and pitch key event partnership opportunities.
  • Roll out new sales channels and estimate revenue potential for new global markets.

General Description: Sets and drives global sales strategy, market expansion, and highvalue partnerships for EPIC.

Within 30 Days

  • Deeply understand EPICโ€™s sales, marketing, and financial models.
  • Assess current team structure, accounts, and deal flow.
  • Set immediate priorities for market penetration and highvalue leads.

Within 60 Days

  • Implement new sales strategies and incentives.
  • Oversee the teamโ€™s first set of pipeline reviews.
  • Begin forming key relationships with industry leaders and potential major sponsors.

Within 90 Days

  • Deliver on highpriority account closures and longterm sales planning.
  • Evaluate team performance and initiate hiring or training as needed.
  • Guide integration with marketing, operations, and technology for scaling.
