Job Description

  • Build and grow partnerships with regional event organizers, sponsors, and tourism boards.
  • Design and present sales pitches for tournament packages, sponsorship opportunities, and
  • hospitality programs.
  • Prospect, identify, and close leads from clubs, communities, and athlete groups worldwide.
  • Track sales KPIs, produce reports, and forecast revenue.
  • Coordinate with marketing on campaign design for participant recruitment and merchandise sales.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and manage records of agreements.
  • Support transition from lead acquisition to event delivery for each sales channel.

 

General Description: Manages daytoday sales operations, driving partnerships and participation for
EPICโ€™s global tournaments.

Within 30 Days

  • Grasp EPICโ€™s business model, sales goals, KPIs, and key partnerships.
  • Build relationships with internal teams, major partners, and local event hosts.
  • Review the sponsorship pipeline and familiarize with tools, processes, and client handovers.

 

Within 60 Days

  • Own your sales pipeline and begin outreach to potential sponsors and hosts.
  • Present EPICโ€™s packages and event opportunities to new leads.
  • Generate first sales proposals; coordinate with marketing and operations to support campaigns.

 

Within 90 Days

  • Close initial deals and deliver reports showing progress against targets.
  • Provide feedback to refine sales materials and lead qualification.
  • Establish yourself as a goto hub for tournament partners, onboarding and supporting new hosts.
