- Analyze engagement across all channels, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Handle escalation of negative comments/crises and coordinate with PR.

- Assess current social presence, content themes, and metrics.
- Meet with creative, video, and event teams.
- Identify immediate tactics for boosting engagement.
Within 60 Days
- Roll out first new content campaigns, optimizing posting cadence and formats.
- Partner with influencers and community leaders for reach.
- Lead real-time coverage of a key event.
Within 90 Days
- Establish social performance benchmarks and workflow for reporting.
- Launch user-generated and live event content strategies.
- Build EPICโs social playbook for global and local events.
