Job Description

  • Lead development and execution of social strategy across all major platforms.
  • Monitor industry and community trends to inform content positioning.
  • Oversee daily posting schedules, campaign rollouts, and real-time event coverage.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns.
  • Analyze engagement across all channels, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Handle escalation of negative comments/crises and coordinate with PR.

Within 30 Days

  • Assess current social presence, content themes, and metrics.
  • Meet with creative, video, and event teams.
  • Identify immediate tactics for boosting engagement.

 

Within 60 Days

  • Roll out first new content campaigns, optimizing posting cadence and formats.
  • Partner with influencers and community leaders for reach.
  • Lead real-time coverage of a key event.

 

Within 90 Days

  • Establish social performance benchmarks and workflow for reporting.
  • Launch user-generated and live event content strategies.
  • Build EPICโ€™s social playbook for global and local events.
