Job Description

  • Act as main point of contact for all assigned sponsors and partners.
  • Manage contract deliverablesโ€”from branding placement to VIP hospitality and digital activations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on branding, digital inclusion, and on-site activation.
  • Provide sponsors with regular performance and ROI reports.
  • Gather post-event feedback, success stories, and areas for improvement.
  • Support sponsor retention and up-sell opportunities for future events.

General Description: Delivers outstanding service and activation for all EPIC sponsors and partners.

 

Within 30 Days

  • Meet all assigned sponsor contacts; audit agreements/deliverables.
  • Learn EPICโ€™s sponsorship inventory and reporting templates.
  • Prepare activation timelines for upcoming events.

 

Within 60 Days

  • Deliver on first sponsor activation at a live event.
  • Communicate results and feedback to sponsor contacts.
  • Identify new sponsor opportunities from activations.

 

Within 90 Days

  • Lead post-event reporting and renewals.
  • Launch one sponsor-driven campaign or activation.
  • Establish yourself as the main point of contact for at least three sponsors.
