• Plan and script video content for events, campaigns, and digital channels.
• Direct video shoots: organize locations, secure permissions, coordinate athletes/interviewees.
• Liaise with editors to ensure raw content is properly captured and archived.
• Scout and manage creative freelancers and production vendors.
• Follow digital and engagement trends to ensure content remains innovative.
• Oversight of equipment, production budgets, and timelines.

Within 30 Days

• Attend planning and pre-production meetings for events.
• Scout locations and document upcoming shoot needs.
• Build shot lists and script outlines for approval.

Within 60 Days

• Direct filming at an EPIC event or promo shoot.
• Guide freelancers or junior staff on production tasks.
• Coordinate raw footage delivery to editors.

Within 90 Days

• Oversee production for a multi-day event.
• Implement learnings in shooting, scripting, and managing post-production workflows.
• Create and deliver content calendars in alignment with social and marketing.
