These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the EPIC × RAZER Pickleball Challenge (“Contest”). By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Eligibility

1. The Contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above at the time of submission.
2. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of EPIC, Razer Inc., JOOLA, and their related partners involved in this Contest are not eligible to participate.
3. Participants must provide accurate personal information and may be required to verify identity prior to prize fulfillment.

2. Submission Rules

1. Each participant may submit one (1) reel or short-form video only.
2. Submissions must feature the participant actively playing pickleball.
3. Participants must include a caption stating why they deserve to win the “Epic Razer Pass.”
4. Participants must tag EPIC or directly send the video submission to EPIC via official channels.
5. Submissions must be made by 23:59 (SGT), 31 December 2025. Any submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
6. Participants must declare their pickleball playing experience and current DUPR rating (if any) when submitting.

3. Winner Selection

1. All eligible submissions will be screened and shortlisted by EPIC.
2. Winners will be determined based on:
   • Relevance to the theme
   • Creativity and originality
   • Video production quality
   • Engagement with the submission (where applicable)
3. EPIC’s decision on the winner(s) is final, binding, and not subject to challenge, negotiation, or appeal.
4. EPIC reserves the right to withhold prizes should submissions fail to meet the required standard or if any participant is found violating these T&Cs.

4. Prizes

1. Prizes include:
   • Razer × JOOLA Perseus Pro IV 16mm Paddle (approx. value: USD $299.95 each)
   • EPIC Razer Pass (prize value to be announced)
2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or other items.
3. The EPIC Razer Pass is issued strictly to the winning participant and may not be given, sold, loaned, or transferred to another individual to compete or play under that pass.
4. EPIC reserves the right to replace any prize with another item of similar or greater value, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

1. By submitting a video to this Contest, the participant grants EPIC, Razer Inc., and JOOLA a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, broadcast, distribute, and display the submitted content—including the participant’s name, likeness, and image—for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes in any media format, without compensation or further consent.
2. Participants warrant that their submissions are original and do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary rights of any party.

6. Participant Obligations

1. Participants assume full responsibility for the safety and legality of their own gameplay and filming activities.
2. Any behavior deemed unsportsmanlike, offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or harmful will result in immediate disqualification.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s sole risk. EPIC, Razer Inc., JOOLA, their affiliates, partners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, claims, or expenses arising from:
   • Participation in the Contest or gameplay
   • Use or misuse of the prizes
   • Technical issues including platform downtime, submission errors, or internet disruptions
2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless EPIC and its partners from any third-party claims related to their submission or actions.

8. Disqualification

EPIC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false or misleading information
• Attempts to manipulate voting/engagement metrics
• Submits plagiarized or infringing content
• Violates any of the T&Cs herein

9. Data Protection

1. EPIC may collect and use personal data necessary to administer the Contest and prize fulfillment.
2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.

10. General Provisions

1. EPIC reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest or these T&Cs at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including fraud, technical failures, or factors beyond its control.
2. These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
3. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
